Position               : Sales & Marketing Executive (M/F -3 Post)

                                   

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, promoting our logistics services, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and revenue while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and targets.

·        Generate leads through various means, including cold calling, networking, digital marketing, trade shows, and referrals.

·        Identify potential clients in need of logistics services, qualify leads, and nurture relationships.

·        Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their specific logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.

·        Promote and effectively communicate the value of our logistics services to clients through sales presentations and proposals.

·        Ensure a strong online presence and provide quick responses to customer inquiries.

·        Check and follow up on daily bookings to maintain a smooth logistics operation.

·        Report customer issues and requirements to the Head of Department (HOD) for prompt resolution.

·        Secure and achieve sales targets and budgets.

·        Make rate filings with local carriers and overseas networks.

Qualification And Experience:

·        Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is required, and possessing a master's degree or relevant certifications is considered advantageous.

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a preference for experience within the logistics industry.

·        An in-depth understanding of logistics, transportation, supply chain management, and current industry trends is essential.

·        The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in key sales techniques, including lead generation, relationship management, and effective negotiation skills.

·        Familiarity with marketing strategies, digital marketing practices, and the ability to conduct market research is important for the role.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with an analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making, are highly valued qualities.
