Position               : HR Admin Executive (M/F -2 Post)

                                   

Requirements & Responsibilities:

 

HR      

Ø  Oversee Innovix HR Software (related HR Software).

Ø  Handle Compensative & Benefic (SSB / Income Tax, etc.).

Ø  Manage interview and approval process.

Ø  Handle transfer, promotion, termination and separation.

Ø  Prepare monthly and yearly HR reports.

Ø  Monitor HR budget and conduct reviews. 

Ø  Ensure compliance with HR polices and training.

Admin

Ø    Manage office supplies stock and placing orders.

Ø    Establish a filing system for important, confidential document.

Ø    Handle administrative expenses, payments and contracts.

Ø    Ensure smooth daily administrative operation.

 

Qualification And Experience:

Ø  Any graduate and HR/Admin Diploma (or) related certificate HR/Admin.

Ø  Minimum 3- years of office environment experience.

Ø  Proficiency in Computer, Excel, Internet, E-mail, report writing and HR/Admin Software.

Ø  Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Ø  Ability to work under pressure.

Office Hours   : 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Day Off            : Saturday, Sunday and Public Holliday

Allowance       : Ferry Provided, Phone Bill Allowance, yearly bonus (Other allowance)
