Position : Receptionist (M / F -1 Post)
Responsibilities:
Ø Answer Incoming calls promptly, screen them effectively and they are direct to
the appropriate person or department.
Ø Welcome clients in a courteous manner, ensuring they are directed to concern department.
Ø Update calendars, schedule meetings booking via website.
Ø Assist with general administration tasks as required.
Ø Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Ø Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and meeting rooms
with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, medicine and brochures).
Qualifications & Requirements:
Ø Any Bachelor's Degree Holder or must be free from School Issues
Ø Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ø Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
Ø Customer service attitude

Day Off : Saturday, Sunday and Public Holliday
