Position              : Marketing Executive         (M/F-3 Post)                             

Key Responsibilities:

            .

v  Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

v  Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

v  Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

v  Follow up with customers once booking confirm by Mktg team and pass information to OPT team for Operation process

v  Pass the booking confirmation to CS as internal share folder with Excel Format.

v  Truck and trace the shipment from starting point to end point until cargo delivery solving problem between customer & operation requirement

v  To ensure all the requirements of the customers are met on time in an efficient and safe manner

v  Prepare on weekly and monthly report to HOD with Excel Format.

v  To do marketing daily meeting with H.O.D.

v  Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Qualification And Experience:

Ø  University graduate with related field.

• Ø  1 year experience in Sales & Marketing
•  
• (Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping) coordinator in related field
•  
• Ø  Through understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
•  
• Ø  Fast learner and passion for sales
•  
• Ø  Good negotiation and sales skills
•  
• Ø  Can travel anytime for job requirements
•  
• Ø  Preferable logistics experience at border
