Position              : Estate Marketing Executive (M/F-1 Post)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Estate Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that drive sales and increase revenue growth for our company.

Responsibilities:

v  Collaborate with the sales team and creative department to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote our properties to potential clients.

v  Analyze market trends and competition to create effective sales plans for our properties.

v  Manage and maintain the company's online and offline marketing channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and paid campaigns.

v  Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry professionals, property developers, and investors.

v  Organize events and exhibitions to showcase the properties and increase their visibility in the market.

v  Ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and reflect its values and mission.

v  Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to meet targets.

Requirements:

v  Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.

v  At least 3 years of experience in marketing in the real estate industry.

v  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

v  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

v  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

v  Strong project management and organizational skills.

Office Hours   : 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Day Off           : Saturday, Sunday and Public Holliday

Salary              : Attractive Salary (Negotiable based on related experiences)
