Position              : Customer Service Executive (M/F-1 Post)

                       

Job Description:

 

v  Booking submission to respect line and bill of lading documents

v  Follow up to ensure issuance of import, export documentation and payment invoice

v  Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction

v  Manage / improve day to day process interaction with customers by leveraging detailed customer knowledge

v  To perform all of duties assigned by manager

v  Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions for customer satisfactory

v  Handel import and export documentation process.

 

Job Requirements:

 

Ø  Any Graduated

Ø  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc..)

Ø  English in 4 skills

Ø   Internet, Email, System & Software of Shipping Knowledge

Ø  At least 3-5 Years working experience in logistics field or freight forwarding

Ø  Organizational skills, Problem-solving skills, Communication skills and Customer service

Office Hours   : 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Day Off           : Saturday, Sunday and Public Holliday

Salary              : Attractive Salary (Negotiable based on related experiences)

Allowance       : Ferry Provided, Phone Bill Allowance, yearly bonus (Other allowance)
