Position : Customer Service Executive (M / F -1 Post)
Job Description:
Ø Help manage current customer accounts.
Ø Deal with existing volume of outbound phone calls.
Ø Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
Ø Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.
Ø Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
Ø Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
Ø Excellent multitasking skills within work space.
Ø Be a professional representative of our company and can answer phone called with anytime even though weekends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
v At least 2 year and above experienceAny bachelor or degree
v At least 3 years as Logistics Operation Manager
v Must be fluent English 4 skills
v Must be able to use MS Office and advance excel
v Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
