Position              : Construction Marketing  Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Marketing Executive to develop and implement creative marketing strategies that will help our construction company stand out from the competition. The Construction Marketing Executive will be responsible for building and managing the company's brand, generating leads, and overseeing all marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

v  Develop marketing strategies: You will develop and execute marketing strategies that promote the company's construction services and differentiate the brand in a crowded marketplace.

v  Build brand awareness: You will work to build the company's brand by creating and implementing effective branding and marketing campaigns.

v  Lead generation: You will work to generate leads through various channels, such as digital marketing, social media, and industry events.

v  Content creation: You will create high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns, that effectively communicates the company's message and generates engagement.

v  Analyze results: You will use data and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

v  Collaborate with other departments: You will collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and design, to ensure that marketing strategies align with the company's overall goals.

Requirements:

v  Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

v  3+ years of experience in marketing in the construction industry.

v  Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

v  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

v  Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation strategies.

v  Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Location          : Tharkayta Tsp, Yangon.

Office Hours   : 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Day Off           : Saturday, Sunday and Public Holliday

Salary              : Attractive Salary (Negotiable based on related experiences)

Allowance       : Ferry Provided, Phone Bill Allowance, yearly bonus (Other allowance)
