Position : Admin HR Executive (M / F -1 Post)
Qualifications & Requirements:
Ø Any bachelor or degree with HRM certificate or Diploma
Ø Age between 25 to 35
Ø At least three year or above experience as Admin HR Executive
Ø Prefer having working background in garment field
Ø Must be Good at Communication, problem solving, leadership and time management skill
Ø Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Ø Must be able to use Microsoft Office and English Skill
Job Description:
Ø Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Ø Employee Attendance & leave management record
Ø Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Ø Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
Ø Maintain company organization charts and employee’s database
Ø Monitor Employee’s performance and Manage KPIs for yearly salary reviews
Ø Update and draft workplace rules and policies and prepare for announcement
Ø Review and update JDs of employee and design compensation and benefits packages
Ø Manage Fixed Assets, Inventory, procurement process, GPS tracking and maintenance process
Ø Administrative operation related with government association if required
Ø Co-coordinating and helping the accounts team in managing administrative and petty cash expenses
Ø Support the requirements of operation teams, coordinate with all departments to be more productive
Ø Monitor Admin HR department’s budget
Ø Reporting Weekly, Monthly report to HR Manager
